Unpainted wooden doors are wooden doors that do not require painting. Most unpainted wooden doors sold on the market refer to doors with PVC film veneer. The board thickness is 8mm or 6mm, and the internal structure is a wooden main frame shear wall, with interlocking timbers typically spaced 100-150mm apart. It is made by vacuum forming a PVC film veneer on the exterior of composite solid wood doors or molded door panels. The door frame is also treated with PVC veneer.

  I. Disadvantages

  1. It is very susceptible to damage from environmental humidity, temperature and gas factors, which can cause surface cracking and deformation.

  2. The surface is easily scratched and difficult to repair; the color is not smooth enough and lacks luster.

  3. PVC film is prone to becoming brittle over time and is of low quality.

  II. Advantages

  1. It has a wood-textured effect, a variety of color changes, and a more technological feel.

  2. The product surface is smooth and clean. Since there is no paint, it is less likely to release harmful substances that could harm the body, making it low-carbon and environmentally friendly.

  3. One-time molding, no deformation. Short construction period, meaning benefits can be enjoyed immediately upon completion and acceptance.

  4. Unpainted wooden doors made from high-quality raw materials have advantages such as impact resistance, fire resistance, insect and moth resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance.

  5. The project is easy to construct; it can be cut, sawed, planed, and nailed.

  6. Affordable price and high cost-performance ratio. It is the preferred choice for urban wage earners and many rural residents when renovating their homes.
